Ethical Business Practices: Business between Sustainability ROMOZ- Environmental Services Division and its vendors must be conducted by the highest standards of ethical conduct. This includes having their own Business Ethics Policy and Code of Conduct, which addresses issues such as conflicts of interest, bribery, corruption and fraud.
Relationships and Communications: All transactions between vendors and Sustainability ROMOZ – Environmental Services Division must be conducted with integrity, honesty, and transparency. Vendors must avoid any appearance of unethical or questionable practices in their interactions or communications with us.
Bribery, Kickbacks, and Fraud: Sustainability ROMOZ – Environmental Services Division maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery, corruption and fraud. Vendors must not engage in any form of bribery or corruption, whether in their dealings with government officials or individuals in the private sector.
Gifts, Rewards, and Hospitality: Vendors must refrain from providing gifts, rewards, or hospitality to Sustainability Management ROMOZ – Environmental Services or its employees unless such gestures are consistent with normal business practices and involve nominal value.
Monitoring and Compliance
: Vendors are responsible for ensuring compliance with the standards and requirements outlined in our Vendor Code of Conduct. They must conduct periodic internal reviews, inspections, and audits to verify compliance and promptly disclose any violations.

Confidentiality:

Vendors must comply with the confidentiality obligations outlined in applicable agreements with Sustainability Management ROMOZ – Environmental Services. Unauthorized disclosure or use of proprietary or confidential information is strictly prohibited.

Application:

Our Vendor Code of Conduct provides a framework for our expectations and requirements regarding vendors. It is non-negotiable and takes precedence over any conflicting terms in agreements. Sustainability Management ROMOZ – Environmental Services reserves the right to exclude or terminate relationships with vendors who violate this Code.
