ROMOZ Sustainability Codes – Environmental Services Division
Commits to the highest ethical and legal standards in all aspects of its business operations. This commitment extends to all entities that engage in business with us, including vendors and subcontractors. Accordingly, we require all such entities to formally recognize and adhere to the policies and principles outlined in our Vendor Code of Conduct.
Recognition Process:
Every vendor or entity that engages in business with Sustainability Codes – Environmental Services Division, whether new or existing registrants, is required to recognize our Vendor Code of Conduct. This recognition is a prerequisite to doing business with us. In addition, such entities must recertify the Code every three years or whenever Sustainability Codes – Environmental Services Division updates it.
Scope:
Our Vendor Code of Conduct applies to all current and prospective vendors, subcontractors, and entities seeking to provide goods, services, or individuals to Sustainability Codes – Environmental Services Division. This includes those who are parties to agreements with us or our contractors. Our expectations for compliance with this Code extend to all individuals working on or supporting projects, contracts, agreements, or orders.
Intentions:
Sustainability Codes Management – Environmental Services Division is steadfast in its commitment to conducting business in an ethical, legal, safe, and environmentally and socially responsible manner. We expect our vendors to share and demonstrate this commitment. Therefore, we have developed this Vendor Code of Conduct to set out the specific requirements that vendors must consistently adhere to in order to begin or continue their business relationships with us.
Vendor Code of Conduct:
Compliance with Laws, Codes, and Regulations: Vendors working with Sustainability Codes Management – Environmental Services Division must comply with all applicable laws, codes, and regulations as set forth in procurement documents and contracts. This includes technical specifications, proposals, invitations to bid, contractual agreements, and resulting purchase agreements.
